This Privacy Policy describes how Caribe Todo Incluido (CTI) — operated by Unlimited Luxury Resorts, Inc. (United States) and LETS LEISURE GROUP S.A. DE C.V. (Mexico) — collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of customers and users who book or inquire about services through www.caribetodoincluido.com.
Caribe Todo Incluido is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements in the United States and Canada, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, where applicable, and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
This Privacy Policy is intended for customers located in the United States and Canada. Customers located in Mexico are covered by CTI's separate Aviso de Privacidad Integral issued by LETS LEISURE GROUP S.A. DE C.V.

For customers located in the United States and Canada, the data controller is: Unlimited Luxury Resorts, Inc., operating under the brand Caribe Todo Incluido (CTI).
Customers located in Mexico are covered by CTI's separate Aviso de Privacidad Integral issued by LETS LEISURE GROUP S.A. DE C.V.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
CTI may collect the following personal information based on the nature of the services requested:

- Gender
- Age and date of birth

- Signature
- Tax identification number (where applicable)
- Marital status
- A valid photo ID accepted for travel or identification purposes, such as a passport, driver's license, passport card, or equivalent government-issued document

- Travel, consumption, and spending preferences
For certain services booked under a sponsored or promotional vacation club rate, CTI may request limited verification information to confirm promotional eligibility, cardholder participation, and compliance with the requirements of the applicable vacation club or travel provider.
This verification may include the cardholder's name, issuing financial institution, expiration date, and the last four digits of a valid credit card personally held by the primary reservation holder.
Customers are instructed to cover or remove all sensitive payment information before submitting any image or document, including the full card number, CVV/CVC or security code, magnetic stripe, signature panel, QR codes, barcodes, and the back of the card.
CTI does not request, collect, process, or store full credit card numbers or CVV/CVC codes for eligibility verification purposes. Any payment transaction, when applicable, is processed exclusively through authorized payment providers and not through images submitted for promotional verification.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your personal information for the following primary purposes:
- Identity verification and eligibility for promotional services
- Eligibility verification for sponsored or promotional vacation club rates, including confirming that the primary reservation holder meets the applicable travel provider's requirements
- Processing reservations and booking travel services
- Customer service and follow-up communications
- Compliance with legal, tax, and contractual obligations
We may also use your personal information for the following secondary purposes:
- Sending promotions, offers, and informational communications
- Service quality and satisfaction evaluation
